美国ITC正式对车用儿童安全座椅启动337调查

2025年8月25日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定车用儿童安全座椅（Certain Child Car Seats）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1459）。2025年7月24日，瑞士 Wonderland Switzerland AG of Switzerland、美国 Iron Mountains, LLC of Morgantown,Pennsylvania、荷兰 Nuna International B.V. of the Netherlands、美国 Nuna Baby Essentials, Inc. of Morgantown, Pennsylvania、中国香港特别行政区 Joie International Co., Ltd. of Hong Kong、美国 Joie Children’s Products, Inc. of Morgantown,Pennsylvania、美国 Graco Children’s Products Inc. of Atlanta,Georgia向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号7,625,043、10,457,168），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。美国、中国、加拿大共5家企业为列名被告。
